Fireside Great firm sweet eating apple great when used in salads.       

Connell Red This is a bud sport of Fireside the taste and texture are very similiar.  Connell Red has a more solid red blush with a little thicker skin than Fireside.

Haralson One of the most versatile apples ever  developed in Minnesota, its flavor  has a bit of a tang.  Haralson is one of the best apples for all uses: eating, caramel apples, pies, and sauce.

HoneyGold  Excellent sweet eating apple. As this apple turns yellow, you can't beat it for eating.  Makes excellent pie or sauce requiring very little sugar.

ChieftainThis excellent eating apple is a cross between Jonathan and Delicious.
